Our Stainless Steel 316/316L Hexagonal Wire Mesh is Marine grade stainless also referred as SAE 316 stainless steel, is a molybdenum-alloyed steel and is the second most common austenite stainless steel (after grade 304).
We offered Stainless Steel 316 Welding Wire mesh, which is the preferred steel for use in marine environments because of its greater resistance to pitting corrosion than other grades of steel.
We are also supplying SS 316/316L Woven Wire mesh which use high grade Stainless Steel T-304 alloy that is excellent corrosion and can withstand temperatures of 1100 degrees F. In addition to molybdenum our SS 316 Spring Steel wire mesh also contains a number of other elements in varying concentrations
This is now quite a rare form of corrosion, where if the Carbon level in Stainless Steel 316L Woven Wire Mesh is too high, Chromium can combine with Carbon to form Chromium Carbide.
We provide 316L Stainless steel Netting wire mesh, which is acid resistance, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance and are available in Mesh number from 5 to 500 all available. The SS 316L Fencing Wire Mesh is avoided by choosing a low carbon grade the so-called “L” grades or by using steel with Titanium or Niobium which preferentially combines by means of Carbon.
